Breads and Rolls Day 2

I just started the breads and rolls class in the spring term (March 6th). These are the first of the products we have produced in class. I am very excited to share this with you and hope that you enjoy viewing these as much as I enjoyed mixing, shaping, baking and photographing them!


Lean Dough Hard Rolls
Ladder Bread with Corse Kosher salt and Olive Oil
Ladder bread with Kalamata Olives, Capers and Olive oil
Petit Pan Coated in Black sesame seeds, plain, garlic and sesame seeds, and poppy seeds
